The Center for Community Independence
serves individuals at various levels of cognitive and behavioral functioning.
Those who need 24-hour supervision and those who are employed, living relatively
independent lives, may all benefit from our individual client-specific treatment
approach. Our one-to-one staffing allows each client to participate in an
individualized program independent of any other client program at the Center. Our
model has made it possible for us to establish individual programs throughout
the country. Our client specific individual programs are separated into two basic
categories: Transitional Living and Supported Living.
In
addition to the transitional and supported living programs, we offer home-based
programs, day and respite programs, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations.
Our one-to-one staffing and client-specific programs allow for the flexibility
and creativity to address and effectively meet individual needs and
circumstances. Our services include:

Creative and
homeopathic treatments have included Pet and Equestrian Therapy, Acupuncture and
Yoga, Massage, Macrobiotic and Nutrition Counseling, Indian Smoke Hut and
Meditation
